At rEVOLution, we examine how systems of oppression were intentionally created over time to divide, extract, and control, and how those designs continue to shape behavior, culture, power, and relationship within organizations and communities today.

Oppression shapes all of us by design and through intention, influencing how we move through the world, our workplaces, and our communities.

Who could WE be in a world without oppression?

Together, we work to move beyond what oppressive systems have taught us by noticing, naming, and interrupting patterns of separation and harm built into institutions and social relationships. Through collective reflection and practice, we explore how authenticity, responsibility, and connection can be cultivated in community, allowing us to bring more of ourselves, our brilliance, and our integrity into relationship with one another.

Dismantling oppression requires collective engagement and relational accountability, beginning with how division was designed and how connection can be practiced differently.

Workshop Design

Each workshop we design is tailored to your organization’s needs, goals, and dreams. We begin with a meeting and an assessment to understand where you are, so we can devise workshops that meet the unique needs of your group and where it’s going. rEVOLution offers both single-day sessions and ongoing series of workshops to tailor our programming to fit your needs, budget, and schedule.

Workshop Facilitation

Whether your team has been experiencing conflict, is just ready to dig deeper into anti-oppression work, or anything in between, rEVOLution brings skilled workshop facilitation that doesn’t shy away from difficult conversations. We come together to create and hold space where people can be honest, examine their roles, collaborate on accountability and repair processes, and co-create thriving, interdependent community.

Ongoing Support

After a workshop or series of workshops, some groups find that they would like continued support in the unpacking and implementation of anti-oppression work. rEVOLution can tailor ongoing consultation that fits the support needs of your group or agency. Leadership mentoring, 1:1 coaching, small group coaching, identtiy caucus work, and conflict mediation are some of the ways we’ve provided ongoing organizational and individual support.
